External Student Application Forms

Should you be interested in applying to attend The Chalfonts Community College Sixth Form, please complete this application form. This form should be completed in full and returned to Melissa White (MWhite@chalfonts.org).

Please note that we are in the process of refining our application process and will be making Applicca One available to parents and students, which streamlines the application process. We will be making this available soon and will include instructions on how parents and students can go about using it to apply to our Sixth Form. 

Admissions for Sixth Form in 2025/26 Process

Current CCC Year 11 Students

  • Students will be invited to our Sixth Form Taster Day on Thursday 27th February to experience the style and pace of Sixth Form lessons. Students will be asked in the next few weeks to select 5 different subjects they would like to experience via our new application and enrolment system, Applicaa One. More details will be available in due course.
     
  • Even if a student's first choice for progression isn't Sixth Form at The Chalfonts, taking part in this day will allow the opportunity to experience a range of subjects which, in some cases, may be new, e.g., Sociology, Psychology or Law and possibly subjects they would like to study in College or consider undertaking an Apprenticeship in this area e.g., Business, Sport or Information Technology.
     
  • Following our Sixth Form Taster Day, students will be invited to a progression interview in March to discuss what they would like to do next year - this is an impartial meeting where we discuss all options available and also counts as their application to join the Sixth Form. We will provide support for all students, whether they are interested in joining us in the Sixth Form or will be applying to College or undertaking an Apprenticeship. We can provide support with signposting to helpful careers information and/or support with completing application forms from our Careers Leader, Miss. Vinten. 

External applicants

  • In the first instance, please complete the External Students Application Form at your earliest convenience which can be found in the Sixth Form section of our school website. 
     
  • We will be in touch with all applicants who have completed the External Students Application Form in the next few weeks with an invitation to our Sixth Form Taster Day, taking place on Thursday 27th February, to allow students to experience the style and pace of Sixth Form lessons. Students will be able to select 5 subjects to experience via our new application and enrolment system, Applicaa One. More details will be available in due course.
     
  • External applicants will be invited for an interview in April/May to discuss course/subject interest, predicted grades and career interests. Parents will also be able to ask questions after the interview. Conditional offers will be sent out following the interview.
