  • Wear Jeans Friday in support of Liberty’s Legacy

    Wear Jeans Friday in support of Liberty’s Legacy.

    For a minimum donation of £1 students are allowed to wear jeans to school this Friday. For a minimum donation of £2 students are allowed to wear jeans and trainers. Trainers cannot be worn unless they are accompanied by jeans*

    Please pay in advance via parentpay. Thank you for supporting this small, local charity to raise awareness, research, and support for families affected by Ewing Sarcoma.

     

    *Students wearing trainers with full school uniform without jeans will be sanctioned in line with the school uniform policy.

    Welcome to all new Year 7 pupils and their parents!

    Transferring from Primary to Secondary School can be an unsettling time for both pupils and their families.  I hope that the programme of events that we have organised will give you all the opportunity to feel confident about changing schools, and to look forward to a new and exciting start

  • Starting Sixth Form on Tuesday?

    Yr12 Start Date – Tuesday September 3rd  

    College starts for Year 12 on Tuesday 3rd September (8.45am).  On arrival, students need to go to the Hall for an assembly which will set out the year ahead.  Students will be introduced to their tutor groups and will be working on a Learning to Learn programme. This will focus on the development of independent study skills such as time and workload management, note taking and revision techniques at Key Stage 5.

    If you achieve the grades necessary for your Sixth Form offer and do not wish to change your subjects following the receipt of your GCSE results, please click on this link to enrol on-line.  If you wish to decline your offer, please also use this on-line form to tell us of your decision. We would be grateful if you could enrol or decline no later than 1st September.

    Join us from 10:30am on Friday 23rd August for A Level Enrolment day. 

    Running from 10.30am-1.30pm, you can come in and speak to a representative from each subject and enrol in an A Level course. The Head of Sixth form, Mr Way will be there to answer any queries.
